Conscious Closet currently ships to eligible addresses within Canada. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

We are not currently accepting international orders.

Order processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Ontario.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Any different processing schedule for a particular product will be stated on its product page before purchase.

During launches or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7 Business Days.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and shipping service selected. Weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances may affect the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Delivery estimates do not limit any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.
